Sharon Carter History

I've done something that most people, including myself, would consider insane. But I have reasons for it! The method to the madness, I guess. So, let me start by saying I did this for the following reasons:

1) I roleplay Sharon Carter online and wanted to do right by her. But if you've read comic books, you know how confusing and overwhelming they can be. I started reading synopses of different issues to try and keep things straight - had Sharon met Tony? When was that, again? - only to find that most of her appearances aren't mentioned in the synopses.

2) I know other roleplayers have that same problem.

3) Captain America: Civil is coming out soon, and my hope is that more people will become fans of Sharon Carter as a result. I figured a list of all her appearances and an idea of which ones are worth buying might be helpful.

4) I defended Sharon once to someone who told me he didn't "agree with some of my interpretations," such as whether or not Marvel ever explained how Sharon came back from the dead the first time. Come at me, bro. Come fucking at me.



Some notes about the insanity:

1) I've linked to scans featuring Sharon and mentions of Sharon. If you want the full issue, I recommend you buy or download it. I deliberately left some things out, since this is a reference, and I want more people to buy comics that have Sharon in them.

2) There are typos galore. Most of the time while I was working on this, I was watching TV or listening to music, so it's possible I wasn't paying the closest attention. Point them out, though, and I'll fix them posthaste.

3) I've tried to put the issues in the order in which they happen, as opposed to when they were published. I'm still working on the third section. And there are bound to be disagreements about where I put things. So... let me know and we can talk? I might get educated on something. Who knows.

4) I've got some what-ifs, and if anyone curious, I might be able to put those up, or at least tell you what's happening.

5) I can't recommend Volume 7 of Captain America because I might be evil but I'm not that far gone.

6) Feel free to let me know if I missed something. Seriously. There's more of Sharon's LMD, I just haven't found them yet. So yeah. Give me everything.

This is great! Really cool to see a fan put something like this together. Big fan of Cap and Sharon, hope they use her more in the comics and movies.
